2024 was a pivotal year for us at Destination Germany. We saw an unprecedented demand for German-speaking nurses from hospitals and care homes across Germany. However, meeting this demand with high-quality nurses from India remained a challenge.
To address this, Vincent and I made a bold decision—we traveled to India at the end of 2024 to understand the challenges on the ground and explore new partnerships.
